Clear Bag Policy

The Tyson Events Center implemented a Clear Bag Policy on January 1, 2024.

  • Clear bags are required to enter the facilities for all events. Clear bags may not exceed 12x12x6 inches in size.
  • Non-clear small wallets, clutches, wristlets, fanny packs, etc. are permitted if they do not exceed 7.5x5 inches and are subject to search.
  • Limit one bag per person.
  • Diaper bags or other medically necessary bags are permitted and will be subject to search.

Attention all patrons and fans - Beginning November 1, 2024 the Tyson Events Center will be implementing a cashless concession stand facility for all events. These guidelines will provide faster service, a better fan experience, and more secure transactions. All concessions will now only accept debit, credit, and gift cards. For a limited time, pre-paid cards will be available for cash purchase at a designated concession stand. Cards will be available in increments of $20. Cash is still accepted at the Primebank Box Office for event tickets, at most merchandise stands, and for event parking. We appreciate the support and cooperation of our fans and patrons as we implement these important policies. Thank you!
